She pointed out pros/cons of each property we viewed; never going over my price range, which was important being a Senior on a fixed income. The one we ended up landed on was one that just hit the market 15 minutes prior to us viewing the house and if it weren't for her quick responsiveness and willingness to show us that house as soon as possible we probably would've lost it.
