Brad Officer - REALTOR

Shaun was great every step of the way. He negotiated in our favor in the sell of our home and really went to bat for us when negotiating on the purchase of our new home.

Shaun helped navigate an out of town home purchase with ease. He is knowledgeable of Jacksonville and has a particular knowledge of home repairs. He was able to give excellent advice regarding negotiation. He was responsive via text, email and in arranging viewings when I came in from out of town. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great guy, excellent realtor!

Shaun goes the extra mile for his clients. We listed our house on a Thursday and had multiple offers by Monday. He started as our realtor and became our friend.

Shaun has sold two of my homes now and never disappoints. He made sure we got top dollar for both properties and ensured professionalism throughout the process. Thanks!

We?re first time home buyers and we couldn?t have asked for a better buying experience. Shaun has made every single step of the process stress free, easy and effortless. At the beginning of the process he said he wanted this process to be stress free and smooth for us and so said so done. Shaun is extremely responsive and proactive, he stays on top of everything and he?s very transparent. This process was fast and stress free it was almost unreal that we were buying a home. We absolutely enjoyed having Shaun as a part of this huge step in our lives.
