Boulevard Homes LLC

Dawn was hard working and honest. We were selling from out of state she kept me informed as to the process several times daily. It was emotionally very difficult to sell my childhood home, but she handled this for me with professionalism and compassion. I would recommend her highly as she was recommended to me highly. And she lived up to and exceeded my expectations.

This was a long distance move for me and also my first home. From the beginning Dawn asked questions to get a feel for what I wanted in a home. She guided me threw the entire process step by step. She didnt try to sell me home, she helped me create a palette and we found the perfect home! Her urgency and timeliness was greatly appreciated. The process took 33 days from search to closing. Shes just that good!!

Working with Dawn Richardson on our house purchase was amazing. She is professional and extremely knowledgeable about the real estate business. She kept us in the loop throughout the entire process and made us feel at ease. This is my second house transaction with her and she has proven to work miracles. She works tirelessly to see your dreams come true. I would highly recommend her service!!!

Dawn was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive during my home buying experience. She worked countless hours until we located a property through closing. Awesome experience as a first time homebuyer. Thank you Dawn!
