Scott helped us find and buy a vacation home in the mountains. In the beginning, we werent quite sure where or what exactly we were looking for, probably a realtors worst nightmare. Yet Scott was extremely good--and perseverant--at suggesting a broad range of homes in the area. Scotts background in construction and architecture, along with his wealth of local knowledge, was critical in helping us understand and navigate the many choices we had. After showing us 8 or 9 houses, we finally had a good idea of what we wanted. After our offer was accepted, Scott was diligent in setting up the necessary inspections and surveys. We had lots of questions and Scott was diligent and timely with the responses. We had an unexpected hiccup with the sellers, and Scott took charge with urgency and professionalism to keep the sale on track. Since the sale closed, Scott has continued to keep in touch, offering whatever help we need. Id highly recommend Scott with absolutely no reservations.
