Bond Real Estate Group

Rob was with me to buy this house from the start like white on rice. He told me about a listing that was just hours on the market and definitely communicated with me timely until the day of closing. I work nights, so he was willing to get calls at odd times. I felt that he was on my side, especially when I was feeling discouraged during negotiations. He connected me with local contractors and inspectors, and facilitated getting second opinions. He also listed and found a buyer for my house. He was patient with me and questions I had about parts of the contracts; gave perspective so I didn't get bogged down in some of the verbiage. In the end he saved me in the neighborhood of 14K.

Rob was outstanding agent- kept us updated and informed; excellent in negotiations; made the whole process stress free! We will recommend Rob to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area. Mike

Out of all the realtors we used before were a nightmare. He made it such an easy way to purchase our new home. I highly recommend him for any type of real estate. At the end of closing, he gave my wife a Gift and myself. My gift was funny as hell. A pair of underwear. Lol
