Tov and Lexi went above and beyond to help us find our dream home in Delray. We were very particular about what we were looking for, with a long list of non-negotiables, yet the team was very attentive to our vision and helped us find the perfect property. Their knowledge made the entire process of relocating from out of state as painless as possible. We are looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Great experience working with Tov. Very professional and made things very smooth and easy. It can be stressful and he helped ease all of that. I would recommend Tov always. Very important to do business with someone you trust. Buying a home is extremely exciting but has many moving parts. Get someone like Tov who knows the ins and outs!!

We had an amazing experience working with Tov and Lexi! As first-time home buyers, we spent about a year searching for the right home, and they were there for us every step of the way. They toured countless homes with us across different areas and were always incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been an overwhelming process feel easy and comfortable. When we finally found the right home, they helped us secure great terms that were very beneficial for us and made sure everything went smoothly from offer to closing. We couldnt be happier with our first home and are extremely grateful to Tov and Lexi for all of their help along the way. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home, especially first-time buyers!

I recently worked with Tov to find my new rental. I had not moved in many years. I was apprehensive and frustrated at the lack of responses to any inquiries I was making. Finally, I contacted Tov. Tov accommodated my hectic schedule meeting me sometimes last minute. He made sure to schedule nearby viewings together, and followed up with the realtors regarding any feedback or questions. He really went the extra mile. During application process he was calling the property management company, touching base with the future landlord, and just making sure all our ducks were in a row. Even after move it, he made sure to check in, inquire about everything, making sure it's all going well! I know one day, when I am ready to buy, he is the man for the job!
