She hired the handyman, visited appliance stores and coordinated the purchase of appliances and the installation. She also managed the clean out of existing unwanted furniture and household items. Shrubbery and other landscaping was handled by a contractor that she recommended. And she also recommended a bird sanctuary that took my cousin's exotic and very old parrot. She continually kept me informed on the progress of the handyman's work, and all other needs for the house. She was always available for any questions that I had and she was very quick to respond to my emails and voice messages. She has a very good understanding of the market and she was "right on" with the sale value of the property. I cannot say enough good things about Michelle, she went above and beyond my expectations.
