Not only was Alison extremely knowledgeable about the area and the properties, but once she learned what I liked she sent me listings daily and showed me several properties that I chose to look at. Once I found the one I wanted I simply said "Get me this house" and she made it happen. She advised me on some things I should look for and negotiated with the seller until we reached an agreement.
