Jason and Melissa are awesome. We are from California and wanted to purchase an investment property near our daughter in Elizabethtown, KY. We contacted Jason about a house he had listed but it wasnt exactly what we were looking for. Jason went over and beyond to understand what we were looking for. Then helped us find just the right house. I would highly recommend Jason. He is very knowledgeable about the local market, he is very available and responsive, but not pushy. I especially value his honesty and integrity. We also plan to have Jason manage rental of this house.

Such lovely people, Daisy especially! My fiance and I were looking for our first home and she was kind, patient and diligent the whole way. Being young and inexperienced home buyers, it was really nice having someone close to our age with a great understanding of what we were looking for and always willing to explain anything that we didn't understand.
