Geoff is the most knowledgeable, connected, trust-worthy, personable, available, and professional realtor you will find. He sold our house and we could not be more satisfied with the experience. From the beginning, Geoff took time walking through our house, meticulously inspecting it to determine what needed to be improved to help us effectively sell the house. He discussed with us, in detail, what improvements would he strongly recommended, and when we decided to proceed with a couple of major renovations, Geoff facilitated the hiring of the needed contractors, who gave us rates far better than other quotes we acquired (we got the Geoff Brewer rates!!). The renovations were done expediently and by contractors who demonstrated the same integrity and trust-worthiness as Geoff. After our renovations were completed, we had several calls with Geoff to discuss the timing and plan for our sell. He was very respectful of the fact that we had a 6-month-old baby and scheduled an open house that was convenient for us. Prior to the open house, Geoff personally came over and helped us prepare and clean our house, and he brought a professional photographer who took fantastic pictures of our home, at no additional cost to us. As this was the first house that we have sold, we had many questions along the way, and Geoff was always available to help answer our questions. His experience and knowledge was evident throughout the entire process. Geoff is truly an All-Star Realtor and I cannot more strongly recommend him.
