I had the pleasure of working with Morgan on the purchase of my first home. She is everything anyone could ask for in a realtor: Patient, Knowledgeable, Professional, Responsive, Friendly and Available. She was always quick to answer my texts, e-mails and phone calls and a lot of times went out of her way to get me information that helped in my search. It took me nearly a year of working with her to find the right fit but she was patient the whole time and she was ALWAYS available to go see properties including going to see properties WITHIN HOURS of them being listed. Her swiftness in submitting an offer on a home paired with her excellent communication and negotiating skills allowed us to get a property that had higher offers than ours including cash offers. Above all she is a great person in general who is super nice, friendly and outgoing and I knew she always had my best interest in mind. I really enjoyed working with Morgan and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent!
