When we moved here from New York, we weren't quite sure where we wanted to live, but Sarah showed us places all over the city to help us get a feel for different neighborhoods. She sent us listings all the time based on our preferences and always responded in a timely manner if I found something myself online. She helped us set up appointments immediately, even on a few houses that hadn't even hit the market yet. She was honest about what we could expect, has a good idea about what we could get with the money we had (including the money we might need to put into a fixer upper) and we never felt pressured to get something we didn't want. After six months of looking (I was very picky!) we ended up deciding to build. After walking us through that negotiation, she stuck with us throughout the incredibly stressful process of building even though it wasn't technically her job anymore. She has a good network of contacts for lawyers, inspectors, contractors and loan officers and always offered to call someone for us if we needed help with something. I am beyond thrilled with my new home and I feel like I got a really good deal.
