Blue Sky Realty

Simply the best. I came to know of Julio through a personal recommendation after a bad experience with a different realtor. Comparing his services with the other was night and day. I was so thankful when I saw his professionalism and dedication to help me get my first home. One of Julio's best qualities is his communication skills. He is very patient and good at explaining the entire process of home buying even to someone who has no experience. He is very responsive to texts and calls. With Julio I knew I was in good hands and that he was looking out for my best interest. Even though he was not based in the LA area he would show up when needed all the way from Oxnard. His knowledge and expertise got me a great deal in a home purchase. He was recommended to me and now I highly recommend his services to anyone else either buying or selling a home.

Julio and his team delivered exceptional service!! It has been an incredible experience having his support and advice during the purchase of our ideal home. He made it a real pleasure, as he hand held us through the process step by step. He closed the deal artfully and seamlessly, and we are forever thankful to him and his team! GarcA-as

Julio looked everywhere to find the right house for my wife and i, from Ventura to San Fernando, and he delivered! Got us a Duplex, independent addresses and garages, in only two days we already submitted a bid and did a full inspection. Locked on the sale on the third day and the rest is history. Julio has been in the business for a long time and it shows, thanks for helping us get our dream home Julio.
