Patti provided exceptional assistance throughout the process of both selling our previous home and purchasing our new home. Her patience was remarkable, and her comprehensive knowledge of all requirements and intricate details was consistently impressive. We would highly recommend her services.

We just bought our first home with Ginger. From the very beginning of the process, she was incredibly detailed and tailored every experience to meet our needs. Ginger isnt only knowledgeable about the process, but she helped us understand each step, answered all of our questions, and gave us insight into each available option. Shes also extremely family-oriented, and made bringing along our toddler so much easier. Were grateful to have met Ginger and have already been passing her name around.

Patti was a life saver for us. We live out of state and she handled everything for us and went above and beyond what she had to do. We recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling property. She is WONDERFUL. !!

Patti was excellent to work with during the sale of our mothers home. She's very professional & knowledgeable to the current market conditions.. She communicated with us during every step of the way. Highly recommend Patti for any of your real estate needs.

Patti is an amazing realtor! She worked with us every step of the way in selling our home - from suggesting cost effective updates before we listed to facilitating minor repairs as found by the home inspector. We moved out of state in the middle of the process, so Pattis active involvement was even more critical for us. We followed and appreciated Pattis leadership and were rewarded with a contract for list price ten days after the house went on the market. We highly recommend Patti for all of your realtor needs!
