Blue Marlin Real Estate

AJ was nothing short of amazing. He is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. I hired AJ when I was going through a difficult transition - moving my mother out of her home to an assisted living facility in my home state. AJ was super knowledgeable and gave me great guidance on how to price the house, the easy things I could do to make the house more appealing, and walked me through every step of the way. We had an offer in the first week and closed on the house within six weeks. Not only did AJ assist with the obvious stuff, but he was also very understanding of my difficult situation and went above and beyond to help me. I am forever grateful for his expertise, kindness, and support. You will not be disappointed if you choose AJ to be your real estate agent!

Working with AJ was a great experience. His expertise made the buying and selling process stress free. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

AJ is an awesome realtor and all around person. He was super responsive and didn't play any games. His local knowledge of Brevard was instrumental in helping us find our perfect home. He was a great negotiator and advisor as well. He also was really great at answering all questions we had throughout the process. I also really appreciate that he has been a great contact and resource for us as well even after closing the deal to find reputable contractors for house work. Thank you AJ. There is no one else we are going to use for real estate!

I couldnt be happier with how my brother, AJ, handled the sale of my property. It was a unique listing, but he marketed it perfectly, found the right buyer, and closed quickly at a great price. He went above and beyond, and I'm grateful I got to experience the same professionalism and care that all his clients talk about. Proud to recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor!

We had an amazing experience working with AJ! From the very beginning, he went above and beyond to make the home-buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible. He was always available to answer our questions, never made us feel rushed, and truly took the time to understand what we were looking for. What really stood out was how friendly and personable he was. He made us feel like we were working with a friend while still being incredibly professional every step of the way. It was obvious that he genuinely cared about helping us find the right home, not just closing a deal. If youre looking for someone who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and will go the extra mile for you, we cant recommend him enough. Thank you for making this experience such a positive one!
