Our experience with Alice was terrific. Our transaction wasnt as straightforward as many but Alice used her knowledge of a very specific market in WNC, as well as that of the surrounding area, to guide us in our search. Once we identified a match to our wants Alice used every resource to advise and guide us to a successful purchase and close. She was remarkably responsive, straightforward and resourceful using all the tools available including her colleagues and other local experts to guide us through the process. I recommend Alice Lance without hesitation or reservation.

Working with Alice in today's market has been a breath of fresh air. After sharing our life experiences and future goals with Alice, she truly wanted to help make our dreams a reality. She was incredibly patient with us before, during, and after we decided to sell our home. She worked around our complicated work schedules and when we finally listed, things moved fast and seamlessly. Alice possesses an abundance of knowledge not only about real estate, but also about the area and surrounding counties. After visiting our home, Alice compared listings in our area and across WNC to find a rational listing price which earned us even more than expected. Alice has proven to be kind and honest and she truly wants to help her clients find happiness. We could not recommend her more and we look forward to working with her again in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with Alice Lance and I would highly recommend her. My wife and I are from Florida and have no aEURoetribal knowledgeaEUR? of western North Carolina where we purchased land. At first we werent sure if we would buy land and build, or buy a property that most likely needed a lot of updating. Thankfully Alice was very patient and shared listings, provided opinions, and even set us up with a couple of builders who were very helpful in narrowing down our favorite aEURoeoptionsaEUR?. After two short trips to the area, we made our choice and Alice negotiated a fair price. The whole process was both rapid and smooth. Now my wife and I can move forward on designing our dream home. I genuinely would recommend Alice Lance and we would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Alice was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, responsive, and very pleasant to work with. She was quick to respond to questions and has very good knowledge of the area. She was a true asset to my home buying process.

Alice was the consummate professional in every aspect of our real estate purchase! Her advice and counsel were instrumental in helping with a smooth closing. She also has provided additional service after the closing. We would highly recommend Alice to any potential buyers or sellers!
