My family and I were relocating out of state and we chose Annmarie to help us sell our home. After meeting Annmarie and getting our home on the market, we received an offer in less than 24 hours of listing the house. I strongly believe that Annmarie helped us accurately price our house and provided us with a lot of guidance throughout the process. We were initially very concerned that we would not be able to sell our house but that never happened with Annmarie's help and we were able to close on the sale in less than 8 weeks.
