Ashely is the BEST ! I was a first time homebuyer and knew absolutely nothing about Real Estate but her guidance and suggestions made the buying process effortless. She will go to bat for you and wont give up till you are 100% happy. I'm looking forward to using her for all of my Real Estate needs in the future. - A.

Ashley Blackmore is an exceptional choice in a realtor! We used her while selling our house, and she made it so easy (and we are positive that she would also make a buyer feel the same level of ease)! Ashley truly goes above and beyond for her clients, and takes the guess work out of EVERYTHING. She has a perfect balance of keeping you informed without overwhelming you with details you usually just dont want to know. You can just trust her to get the job done and to get it done RIGHT! Her marketing skills are top notch, and she makes it her personal mission to find the perfect buyer for your home (or the perfect home for her buyer!). PLEASE do yourself a favor - if you are in the market to buy or sell a home - call Ashley! You will NOT regret it!

Ashley was recommended to us by our realtor in Arizona, as we were looking for a second home in Durango. From the moment we met her we knew that she was not only a knowledgeable and skilled realtor, but also a kind and genuine individual. As we traveled some distance by car to Durango Ashley had set up several appointments/showings for us in advance to maximize our time. Ironically, the property we were most interested in prior to our arrival had incorrect information in the listing (said it was not a vacation rental and it was) and was currently occupied by vacation renters. We were not able to access the property to see it despite our appointment, and Ashley handled the situation with professionalism, including communicating with the listing agent who failed to list the property accurately and maintain our appointment to see it. Ashley showed us several properties, and even showed us a fantastic property that came on the market over the weekend while we were there...which we ended up purchasing. Had she not kept her eye on listings over the weekend, we would have left the area without knowing about the property we now own. She was masterful in the process and out of 4 homes we have purchased this was the easiest transaction. I highly recommend her!

It was a great experience. Ashley has a lot of knowledge of the area and the housing market in La Plata. She took care of everything and even helped get the house cleaned and ready to be sold when we were not in town which was amazing.

Ashley is a dedicated and professional realtor. She is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to find the perfect property for her clients. My transaction was positive and went smoothly from the search to the purchase. I was very pleased to have Ashley as my buying agent!
