WHEN VISITING THE VILLAGES, WE HAD NO IDEA WHAT IT WAS ABOUT, BUT HAVING SOME FAMILY HERE HELPED.IT TOOK US 3 VISITS TO PURCHASE A HOUSE AND, EACH TIME OUR AGENT WAS MARK D. OH, HOW PATIENT HE WAS...BUT I GUESS THE THIRD TIME WAS THE CHARM. WE LOVE OUR LOCATION AND OUR HOUSE. IF WE EVER DECIDE TO SELL, MARK WOULD BE OUR MAN, NO DOUBT, AND WE ALSO RECOMMED HIM AS WE MOVE AROUND THROUGH THE VILLAGES. CAROL AND DICK

I was assigned Mark by the Villages when I come for the Lifestyle program. He was very knowledgable and friendly. He kept in touch until I returned and listened to what I wanted. Once I decided which house I wanted, he showed me different lots and made a suggestion as to which was the best in my price range. I bought the lot and had my house built, also including some of Marks sugestions. I love my house and neighborhood.

Fine to deal with until we hit a snag, then we were completely abandoned. Probably lose our deposit, wasnt worth a long distance dispute with no local support.

Referred a client to Mark for assistance with closing. Mark was timely, accurate, and delivered as promised - right on time!

We bought a villa from Mark more than seven years ago. He assured us wed love living in The Villages. And we have! Having just come for a visit with my sister, we decided to look on our own at villas. Making the decision to work with a agent was a last minute one and are we glad it was Mark.
