Andi Dunlap is an absolutely amazing realtor! From the very beginning, she was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and truly dedicated to making sure we had the best possible experience. She went above and beyond throughout the entire process and was always available to answer questions, explain things, and make sure we felt confident every step of the way. What stood out most was how genuinely she cared. Andi made us feel like more than just a clientaEUR"she treated us like a friend and always had our best interests at heart. Her attention to detail, communication, and commitment made an otherwise stressful process so much easier. If youre buying or selling a home in Lubbock, I highly recommend Andi Dunlap! You wont find someone who works harder, cares more, or goes further for her clients. She is truly exceptional at what she does! Five stars without hesitation!

Andi Dunlap went above and beyond to help us sell my aunts home! As first-time home sellers, we had a lot to learn, and the process could be overwhelming at times. Andi was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions, making sure we understood each step along the way. Even though this wasnt a high-profit sale, Andi gave us the same care, attention, and dedication you would hope for from any realtor. She even offered to help my aunt move items out of the house since we all live far, which truly showed how much she cares about her clients. We are so grateful for everything she did to make this process easier for us. If youre looking for a realtor who genuinely cares, goes the extra mile, and treats you like family, Andi Dunlap is your go-to person! I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home!

We had an excellent experience working with Andi throughout the entire home buying process. From the very beginning, Andi was extremely responsive, flexible, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we found the right home. She put together a plethora of showings for us and was patient as we worked through different options. Once we decided on a new build, Andi was very knowledgeable of the builder and incredibly helpful throughout the inspection process. What really stood out was how helpful Andi was beyond just the home purchase itself. She provided great local recommendations for restaurants, daycares, and other resources that made our move to the area much easier. Overall, we couldnt have asked for a better realtor. Andi is knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our transition as smooth as possible. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!
