Black Mountain Valley Realty

Todd is the best. He is very personable and has a good personality too. I have known him since he first started in Real Estate. He brought the buyer to my first house. I knew I wanted to hire him when it was time to sell my next home. I called him and he was very responsive and set up appointments ASAP. He brought the buyer and scheduled the inspections, appraisal etc at lightning speed. Because the buyer was pre-approved we closed escrow in 30 days. I highly recommend Todd.

I would HIGHLY recommend Todd and his Team. He worked with my wife and I on a very tough escrow in which almost nothing went as planned. He was always reachable, gave great feedback/advice, and kept the process moving forward. Without his patience, guidance, and expertise, I believe the deal would've fallen through. Thankfully it didn't, because we love our new home. I especially appreciated that it never felt like he was trying to push/sell us in a direction that didn't make sense for us. It was very clear that he had our best interest in mind. Thank you, Todd!!

Todd was very active in Seeking new business and contacted us first. He patiently waited to hear back from us when we were deciding to begin the process. We had some escrow issues with the buyers that were eventually resolved by Todd and his teams persistent effort. All in all, considering the logistics of working with multiple states and multiple title agencies it finally came together.

Contacted Todd Levitt, house was listed and sold with 3 weeks, for the asking price. More than I expected. Waiting for the escrow to close took longer.

Todd Levitt did a phenomenal job as our realtor. My wife and I were looking for a home in Bullhead City Arizona. Todd Levitt helped us in obtaining that. My wife and I couldnt be more happier with our new home. Thank you Todd and we look forward to doing business with you again soon.
