Shane went out of his way to accommodate us as for we looked at several homes around the Ashville area. As anyone would know that lives around there it most always takes an hour to get anywhere. Shane was patient and always said yes we can go look at that one. He would always try to get to the home before we would and have it open and checked everything out to review with us. I would highly recommend Shane to anyone.

Shane was quick to meet with us and very easy to contact with quick response times. He was thorough with his explanations and communication. When he was on vacation he found the listing agent to come open the home for us. While I believe Shane is a great real estate agent, what we were buying was an RV Park Model, which is actually a vehicle in NC and most other states. We didnt actually need a Real Estate Licensed person to conduct this transaction. We didnt actually need a closing attorney, either, as we just signed the title that the seller had already signed. I didnt mind doing it this way, but NO ONE warned us (I honestly think none of them knew!) what a nightmare it is to transfer an RV Park Model Title in NC!!! The first problem we had was when we took it to the DMV and she told us we HAD TO HAVE TWO APPRAISALS from Certified RV Park Model Manufacturers!!! That is a HUGE problem were still trying to solve. THERE IS NO ONE in the WNC area we can find to appraise this RV Park Model. Its a good thing we live in Georgia, and have found we can title it here. The NC law for this is obtuse and practically insurmountable to achieve transfer of title. Its a camper trailer, by law. The State should provide an appraisal guide (Kelly Blue Book style) for their requirement. REAL ESTATE AGENTS: Learn the law, warn your clients. FIND US HELP!!! (Get this law changed...)

I sent him a text the night before to confirm, and we did confirm 12:30. He never showed up at the appointment! I dove an hour and a half one way for nothing! I?m more than upset.
