Working with Denita was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. As we searched for the right duplex, she consistently went above and beyond to make the process smooth, clear, and stress-free. Her professionalism, knowledge of the market, and attention to detail gave us complete confidence every step of the way. What truly set Denita apart was how genuinely invested she was in helping us find the right property. She was always responsive, patient with our questions, and proactive in guiding us through every stage of the purchase. Buying a duplex can feel overwhelming at times, but Denita made it feel seamless. Were incredibly grateful for her dedication and expertise, and we couldnt be happier with our purchase. If youre looking for someone who is professional, trustworthy, and truly a joy to work with, we highly recommend Denita.

Denita was so quick to reach out when I expressed interest in a few houses in Lubbock prior to relocating here. We lived in a different state during our purchasing process, and we did the entire process electronically! She was even willing to help us with an appliance delivery before we moved to town. She was so helpful, kind and easy to communicate with. We did purchase our home through her husband, and their team work was outstanding. I would highly recommend Denita to anyone. Thank you Denita for a smooth, positive (practically fun) process!

Amber is the best she is a great advocate, for the seller. I also noticed she went above and beyond her duties as an agent she made sure even after I purchased my house that I was comfortable with everything and let me know she is just a phone call away if I ever need help.

Amber is so knowledgeable and the absolute sweetest. She was so easy to work with, communication was always timely and very detailed, she answered all of our many questions with kindness and never made us feel like we were a nuisance. She has a fantastic assistant who was always on top of the processes and documents. Together, they made this usually very chaotic process seem so easy and straightforward. I would absolutely recommend Amber to any of my friends and family.

Denita was absolutely great to work with. She did great on walking me through the process and answering any question I had, no matter or simple or complex. She did great work on working with my budget and expectations for my first home. I look forward to working with her for any of my realty needs in the future. Thank you Denita.
