Okay, so as first-time homebuyers, we were incredibly annoying and knew almost nothing about what was involved in buying a house. Pam was SO patient and so kind, incredibly knowledgeable and excited to share that knowledge with us. She was also really fun to be around (bonus!). She worked tirelessly to make sure we were able to get the house we wanted, had the best team at our disposal, and that we understood every step of the process.
