Bishard Team W/ SilverCreek

Gail was such a joy to work with and made selling a home so easy. She was always on top of everything. We would definitely use Gail again to buy or sell a home.

Very fun and professional team to work with. Patient and easy to work with. Knowledgeable about the market.Has sold and helped us purchase multiple houses. Sold house in 1 week for above asking price!

Gail was so nice to us during the whole process! She made us feel very welcomed and wanted to make sure we found a house we loved more than just trying to sell to make money.

Gail was great to work with! She accommodated our needs and made sure she was providing us with all of her knowledge and experience to help us throughout the process of purchasing a home. We were first time home buyers so she really took the time to explain everything to us and she provided us with all of the information we needed to feel comfortable with our purchase. We love Gail and would definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking for a real estate agent!

We worked with Gail and her team to sell our home in Blackfoot. She is very knowledgeable and quick to get answers to the things she may not know. We listed our house at the beginning of February and accepted an offer at the end of the month. I would highly recommend Gail and her team to anyone looking to sell or buy a home!
