Birch Hill Properties

I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie in finding my first home. She was great to work with, easy to get a hold of, and made the home buying process easy and pain free. Would recommend!

I had a wonderful experience working with Steph and her team! They were great advocates for me throughout the entire home-buying process, always willing to help, answer questions, and make sure my best interests were represented. What really stood out was that even after we closed, they have continued to be available and helpful whenever I have questions. Her and her teams dedication, responsiveness, and genuine care made the whole experience so much easier. I'm very grateful for their help and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a realtor!

Steph is the absolute best! It's not just about the buying/selling! She takes real time to get to know you and your family. She builds a relationship and walks you through every step up the process! I've bought and sold 2 houses with her and her team! They are kind, patient, and informative! I always say "they are the best of the best"

Had a great experience working with Steph and her team when buying my first house. Steph's knowledge and communication were outstanding and made the process go very smoothly. She always kept me informed and I never felt any pressure, despite looking at numerous houses over multiple months. Would highly recommend.

I need at least 10 times the amount of stars. I LOVED working with Jen and her group of phenomenal experts! I felt like I barely had to lift a finger. It was as if family was watching out for me the whole time, which was perfect given this was my first home buying experience. They made sure all ts were crossed and i's dotted.
