I'm not going to be long winded here but if you're buying a home in NW Ohio do yourself a favor and avoid this schmuck at all costs for these reasons I just dealt with in his most recent sale. 1. Terrible communication with his selling client and our realtor about contingencies and signature dates 2. Lied about work orders being submitted and work being done. 3. Failed to push out invoices to purchasing parties for 3 weeks pushing the closing date multiple times. 4. Threatened to return house to market after HIS failed attempt to communicate changes being made and acknowledging communications made by my team. 5. Failed to obtain licensed contractors for chimney work for 3 weeks (My realtor had to take over and had a guy out in 3 days with a written quote for my records.)
