I highly recommend working with Nancy. We looked at seemingly endless amounts of houses. Even when I came up with different styles and dollar amounts that I wanted to spent, she never lost patience with me and I always had the feeling I had someone in my corner when looking at these homes. She gave sound advise, was very knowledgable about prices in all different areas of town, and knew dependable construction companies that would fill in the blanks for estimates and structural or electrical evaluations. I always had the feeling I was surrounded by the best and most trustworthy network of experts. She wasnA?t afraid to give me her honest opinion about a house, even if that ment I wouldnA?t buy it. And last but not least, very easy and understandable legal procedures.
