I got a new job with a company that retains a full time agent; she was unavailable for showings due to an advanced pregnancy, and chose Brandon to act as her showing agent. Brandon was responsive, well informed, and quick to go the extra mile. We viewed an apartment that I didn't like, but was in the same building as one I really did like but was already rented. Brandon made some calls, discovered that the lease agreement had fallen through, and quickly arranged for further showings to be stopped and for me to see the landlord immediately so that a lease could be written for me and my family. We got the apartment and are very happy with it thus far. Brandon did a great job.

Brandon was very helpful in finding us a rental in LA. He gave us a good overview of different areas and was able to manage the process of negotiating the price of a rental with the landlord.
