Big Sky Brokers

Carson was great to work with as we searched for an income property. We appreciated his communication and can do attitude. Carson was patient as it took us time to find the right opportunity and did all he could going to bat for us time and time again.

As a first-time homebuyer, diving into the real estate market felt incredibly daunting. I had endless questions and plenty of nerves, but Wayne was an absolute rockstar from day one. He has a gift for breaking down complex real estate jargon into simple, clear terms that actually made sense to me. Throughout the entire process, Wayne didn't just guide me through every single step, he actively took the anxiety out of the equation. Knowing I had someone so knowledgeable, patient, and truly looking out for my best interests made all the difference in the world. If you're like me, and have been timid about making a home purchase, do yourself a huge favor and call Big Sky Brokers. Wayne has officially earned a lifelong clientaEUR"they will be my absolute first phone call for any realty needs in the future!

Loved working with both Carson and Wayne. They did a great job on pictures, helping us through the process, and pricing was spot on! Would recommend the Team to anyone !

Carson is a go getter! I would highly recommend him to help you buy or sell. He is responsive, very bright, intuitive, and has the backing of his fathers experience to guide him when needed. I enjoyed spending time with him!

Carson was very responsive every time we requested information; day or night. He worked extremely well with a difficult seller who was also an experienced realtor. When seller did not do what they said they would do prior to closing, Carson favorably renegotiated the closing and made it clear the seller was in a breech of their contract. Carson was at every walk-through and diligently documented every discrepancy to thoroughly represent us as buyers. Carson, and his dad, Wayne, are the two best realtors we have worked with in over 50 years of buying and selling properties. That says a lot as we have purchased and sold properties 37 times in multiple states. Highly recommend Carson! Big Sky Realty clearly our future Go-To Realtors!
