Big Block Realty

Michelle was amazing! She walked us through the process and all the steps clearly. She was professional, responsive and it truly felt like she was looking out for us and our best interests. She made the whole experience easy and as stress free, as possible, when buying a house.

Michelle was a great realtor all around! She was knowledgeable, quick to respond and complete contracts and worked in our best interest. Her quickness to respond to us and the sales agent was what we believe got us our home. The whole purchasing process of our home was so easy, we are thankful we had her as our agent. Thank you Michelle!

There is not enough I can say about Carter to explain what a tremendous help he has been. We started working with Carter in 2020 when we purchased our condo. He then helped us sell that condo in 2022 and helped us into our new home in 2023. Carter has ALWAYS been available when we needed him whether it was to show us a property, host an open house, explain hard to understand documents, get home improvement quotes or go to bat for us on closing a deal. Setting appointments has always been easy and we can always count on Carter to be there on time. His work ethic is impressive and we definitely appreciate his efforts and attention to detail. However, the main reason we continue to work with Carter is because of his temperament and personality. Carter has never pushed a sale on us. After every single property we looked at he would ask us what we think instead of trying to sell us on a property we might not like. He knew exactly what we were looking for and if he saw that a property didnt check our boxes he would say straight out, aEURoeI dont think this is the right fit for you guys.aEUR? He never tried to convince us to go against our feelings and always supported our decisions. Carter has been a huge part of some big accomplishments for our family. He is very nice, very patient, very reliable and trustworthy. You cant go wrong choosing Carter as your agent.

Michelle did an amazing job. She kept us up to date on all the new listings and we always quick to respond to any questions we had. We ended up getting a great deal and Michelle always on top of things throughout escrow and beyond.

Tom and Janet did a fantastic job selling our home of almost 40 years in Palm Desert, near El Paseo. It was no easy feat to find the right buyer for our pride and joy, especially in this market with high interest rates and fewer buyers. We were on the market for a long time, and Tom and Janet never lost their patience or positive attitude. We felt they went above and beyond for us to keep us calm and to keep our home at the highest possible price. They were responsive, thorough, and honest; we always felt we were in good hands. We highly recommend them for listing your home.
