BIG BLOCK REALTY

"We decided to sell our investment property in San Diego and called the McT Real Estate Group, who have sold homes in nearby areas for many years and have a great reputation. From day one, Z took charge, walked the property, made recommendations, coordinated their handyman for a quick touch-up, had the home professionally cleaned, painted, and staged. They created a marketing video and targeted both local buyers and out-of-state buyers looking to relocate to San Diego. We received several offers, selected the best one, and closed escrow 32 days later. As out-of-state sellers, we really appreciated her professionalism and constant communication throughout the process. We would absolutely recommend Z. McT and the McT Real Estate Group to anyone looking to sell an investment property in San Diego."

Z and Chaz at McT Real Estate Group were fantastic and we used them for the sale of our home. They are easy to talk to, they explain the entire process in the beginning and keep you updated throughout the process. They have many years of experience which was reflected in their work and advice. We look forward to using them again for the purchase of our home in the near future.

My experience with Zee from the McT Real Estate Group, was simply fantastic from the very beginning. Moving away from our historic family homestead of 70 years was a huge, emotional decision. However, with 26 stairs from the street and various aging issues, I knew it wasn't a good aEUR~age in place option. Zee helped me move through every single step of the downsizing process, helping me prepare mentally and guiding me through the big steps at my own pace. I never felt rushed or pressured, only completely supported. She spent time educating me on the market for unique, historic homes in our neighborhood that needed restoration, ensuring I was fully prepared for what was ahead. When you hire Zee as your San Diego real estate agent, you don't just get an agent; you get an extended family of top-tier service providers. Zee connected me with an incredible professional organizer, Debbie, who helped me tackle tear down process room by room and build momentum. Her network also includes excellent, local inspectors, sewer specialists, and essential support personnel who made the entire transition seamless. The McT Real Estate Group is hands-down the best real estate team in San Diego. I recommend Zee to anyone looking for a truly caring, expert San Diego real estate agent!"

The McT Real Estate Group was recommended to us and we couldn't have been more pleased. Z listened to our goals, created a clear strategy, and guided us through every step of selling our home. Within about a week, we were under contract. We just closed while other units in our complex are sitting on the market. Z treated my husband and me as family by answering all our questions and concerns immediately after contacting her. If you need a knowledgeable, trusted San Diego realtor for any San Diego real estate needs, we highly recommend Z and the McT Real Estate Group.

We just sold our North Park condo, and Z from The McT Real Estate Group made it seamless. We interviewed several agents looking for someone with deep experience in North Park. Z has sold many homes and condos in the neighborhood over the years, and it showed. Being out of area, it was important to have an agent we could trust to be our eyes and ears on the property and we always felt confident in Z's care. Her communication was excellent; she answered every question immediately, and she brought in her own handyman to refresh a few things before we listed. We highly recommend Z to anyone selling in North Park.
