Katey made sure we were able to see every house that was in my price range, even if it was happening within the hour she sent it! She goes above and beyond to make sure to find exactly what you need:)

Katey was very helpful during the process of purchasing bare land. She was quick to get an offer in once I decided on a parcel and made the paperwork portion a breeze, which is important as I have a very busy and unpredictable work schedule and dont always have time to deal with paperwork. I trusted her expertise and felt confident in my purchase.

Working with Katey was an outstanding experience from start to finish. She was always easy to reach and incredibly responsiveaEUR"no question ever went unanswered, no matter how small or complicated. She took the time to explain everything clearly and never made us feel rushed or unsure. What really stood out was her honesty and depth of knowledge. She offered thoughtful, straightforward advice and helped us navigate decisions with confidence. Her experience in the market was evident every step of the way, and we truly felt like we had someone in our corner advocating for us. I would absolutely recommend Katey to anyone looking to buy or sellaEUR"you wont find someone more reliable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

Katey did an awesome job she worked with me when I was in North Dakota trying to find a home in Montana. We scheduled several showings in one day just so that I could come out and see the homes. She really went out of the way to help out when she couldnt help she would have. Nikki her assistant show us homes. I highly recommend Katie. Shes competent and patient.
