I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience working with Michael Santos. As a first time home buyer, I had some questions and concerns about navigating the process. Michael Santos has been the real estate agent of our dreams. We literally did not have to lift a finger throughout this whole process. He contacted every vendor we needed through the journey and provided his own list of people he trusts -- whether it's our HOA, roof specialist, the town, foundation repairs, deck repairs, small house repairs, attorney, and more. He went above and beyond to ensure the closing went smoothly by pre-emptively checking if there were any outstanding items or warrants on our house that would delay the process, or bringing his own ladder and manually checking, purchasing and changing every single smoke detector in our house so that we don't fail the smoke detection test! Or even bringing his own paint can to help us with paint touch ups in the house. He is so knowledgeable, helpful, extremely kind, and punctual in every task that he even has a reputation for being on top of things. Our attorney once reminded us to complete a task and Michael said he had done it already and she replied "of course I should've known Michael is on top of it!". Michael even engages in classes/courses/programs to ensure he stands out as a real estate agent and is helpful to his clients. And let me tell you, he's been a life savior during our very busy lives. He even checks in on our personal milestones and asks how my children are doing. I'll miss talking very frequently to our real estate agent turned friend. If you're looking to sell or buy a house, consider it done with Michael.

The selling our home in Montage went remarkedly smoothly because of Michael's guidance throughout the preparation and process. His continuous oversight and attention was critical in obtaining all the necessary forms and approvals from the condo association, and the city's fire and water departments. He discovered and quickly fixed outstanding permits, unbeknownst to us, from the original builders thereby preventing any surprises or delays at closing.
