I had the great pleasure of working with Troy Morris and not only he ensured I?d find the right property for me but he also guided me through the process very patiently.

Susan was a pleasure to work with and very professional. She always came prepared and has a vast knowledge of the market and was able to answer or get answers to all of my questions (I had many) and then some. And it was Susan who found the home I ended up buying, which demonstrates her ability to know the buyers individual tastes and requirements. She certainly made the whole process an easy one for me.

I was assisted by Troy Morris and it couldn?t have gone any better. Troy kept in costant communication with us throughout the process. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Both myself and my girlfriend were ecstatic about the service we received. Troy made the process as stress-free as humanly possible and I would recommend him personally to any friends/family who were interested in buying, renting, or selling. Thanks again Troy!

We used Manter Realty back in 2006 for our starter home. Being new to the process, we needed a little guidance. Michelle and her team made it easy. Fast forward 6 years and with a growing family, we were looking to move to a bigger home. We looked for weeks and after finding a home we loved, we contacted Michelle to set up a walkthrough. The next call we received (that very day) was Michelle saying we have to go to see this house today, it will not last through the weekend. The rest is history. We moved into that home 2 months later and are due to close on the other home in the coming days. Michelle and her team made all of this possible. Communication throughout was exceptional, the transactions team was on top of everything, and any questions were handled ASAP. Buying and selling a home is stressful enough, but Manter Realty can make the process that much easier.

I worked with Troy Morris, he is a BRILLIANT NEGOTIATOR and Im so happy I stuck with him to buy my house, he did EVERYTHING in his power to make sure I got the house I wanted and by the date I requested! Amazing work.
