Being first-time homebuyers is scary, being first-time homebuyers during a pandemic and one of the craziest housing markets is even scarier! Luckily we had one of the best by our side throughout the entire process. Buying a home is a frustrating and stressful process, but Ginger always showed up with a smile and an upbeat attitude assuring us that our dream house is out there and to keep doing what we are doing. Months later it paid off and we moved into the house of our dreams! My wife and I now find ourselves lost on weekends without Ginger. We have been working together the past 7 months standing in long lines at open houses in frigid temperatures, and sharing stories about vacations and places we wish to travel to when the pandemic is over. She made the whole process feel human and we genuinely enjoyed our time together. We will miss working with Ginger and know she will continue providing best-in-class service and making dreams come true for her next clients.

Oh my gosh what can I say about Ginger. She is kind, knowledgeable passionate about her work and QUICK to respond to my every question from selling my property to buying a new one she was with me every step of the way. She went ABOVE and beyond from beginning to end. She was compassionate when I needed her to be and an attack dog when I needed a voice... I really felt like she had my back the entire time. She was by far the most pleasant surprise of this entire process. I not only feel like I bought a property I gained a friend along the way. 5 stars just doesnt do her justice.
