BHHS PenFed Realty

We had a very positive experience selling our home with Debbie. Of course she explained the process of selling a home, but she also gave advice on how to stage our home for the best visual impact, helped us prioritize repairs and aesthetics, and gave us a realistic expectation of our home's value. When the buyer's inspection found items that needed attention while we were on vacation, Debbie went above and beyond to find a better quote then we were able to over the phone, and then met with the contractor to ensure the work was done properly. When we went into a panic, she said, "Don't worry, I've got this", and she did. I would recommend Debbie for anyone in the market to buy or sell a home.
