BHHS Koehler Realty

Kim did an amazing job helping us find our first home! We are so happy with how everything went and she was very informative with all the little steps we had to take to get to our goal! Thank you Kim!

Excellent Communication and Knowledge . This was our first home buying experience and Kim made it feel so easy. She communicated great with us on what to expect and responded so fast with new homes to look at, documents to sign and information on the area as we really didnt know much. She not only helped with finding our home but helped us with understanding all the processes from inspection to appraisal to all those final closing details. Kim also connected us with local contractors and really helped us know what we would be getting into with each home we viewed. She truly is amazing at what she does and would recommend her to anyone!

Kim helped me list and sell my home at the beginning of the Pandemic, through buyers that had to back out and a final offer that took a highly unprecedented four months to close! During it all, she displayed complete professionalism, patience and recommendations to keep the faith that it would all work out. I highly recommend Kim to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Kim was my agent for both the sale of my mother's house and the purchase of my first new home. I was very pleased with the outcome of both. Kim is very knowledgeable of the local housing market as well as the entire real estate experience itself. Indeed, she took the time to explain things to me being a newbie to real estate transactions. She knew what to look for at the houses shown. Very responsive to the numerous questions I asked.

Kim was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I felt like she was fully engaged in finding me a home and making sure that it was what I wanted. I didn't feel rushed or like I was being ignored. Would definitely recommend Kim!
