We couldnt have asked for a better realtor! Blossom was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and always available to answer our questions throughout the home-buying process. Her guidance made what felt like a complicated process much easier to understand, and we always felt she had our best interests at heart. She guided us through every step of purchasing our new home, from reviewing documents to navigating inspections and closing. Blossom is incredibly unprofessional it boggles my mind. As she represents others, her communication and organization is severely lacking. She sent her clients to my home despite me declining their initial appointment booking since my wife and I work were in work meetings during the suggested time. I proposed anytime after 5pm and lo and behold, her clients show up at 3pm IN MY HOME, KNOCKING ON MY BEDROOM DOOR while I'm in a work meeting. Extremely unprofessional and unethical, I also have a dog which they could've let loose or worse, my dog could've harmed the couple as I was unaware they were coming at all. I'm just absolutely baffled that Blossom would allow anything like this to even happen. I feel bad for her clients as they were robbed of an experience to see my home, but also, extremely inconvenienced as they drove very far for a showing.
