I've bought and sold a lot of real estate and having a great broker makes a huge difference, MaryAnn is one of the best I've worked with, I wouldn't use anyone else in the Monmouth County area. I've now worked with MaryAnn twice. Once about 13 years ago when she helped my elderly mother to purchase her townhouse, and again in 2020 to sell the same townhouse. She did an amazing job on the purchase, showing great patience with my mother, showing her A LOT of options to buy, and clearly explaining to her the pros and cons of each. Once my mother settled on a place, she was incredible through the entire purchase process. Now having just sold the same townhouse in the middle of the current pandemic, she did an amazing job again. After the first experience with her , I didn't hesitate to contract with her for the sale and she did an amazing job representing me on a deal with a very difficult buyer. I am out of state and she went above and beyond meeting contractors and inspectors at the unit to deal with issues that came up during the sales process and provided great insight into the value of unit and the current market conditions so we got a great price for the unit and avoided a lot of unnecessary repairs.
