We met Ms. Mae first time over the phone as we were found a house in Gainesville, FL via Internet search (900 miles away from Gainesville, FL.) Literally in 3 weeks, offer to closing, Mae made it happen. Without her the same transaction would have taken at least 2 months. She immediately became a trusted friend and guided us to closing that would not have happened without her. We were remote and could not be on site and many things needed to be taken care of. She went above and beyond her duty in many occasions, personally took care of everything for us when we could not be there. She even had to drove to an hour on her own to deliver important papers to a lawyer to resolve a last-minute challenge that would have delay the closing. She quickly responds to e-mails, SMS text messages, and always responded to our phone calls even late in the evenings. Ms. Mae Alden is a great talent and joy to work with. She is very experienced, knows the area, has great local contacts, very professional and follows thoroughly. We were extremely fortunate to meet her and have her as our agent to represent us in buying our first house in Florida. I highly recommend her.
