BHHS Drysdale Properties

Robin helped us sell our starter home and find our dream home. She was professional and helpful through every step of the process. Without her help we would not have closed either side of the two deals. She even helped my mother-in-law buy her house!

I really enjoyed working with Robin. She was both the buyer and selling agent for our transaction. She is knowledgeable and personable. I am pleased with my experience with her and highly recommend Robin and her assistant KC at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.

Robin was very professional at her job and never seemed to get upset every time I wanted things changed. The date to sell my house changes on several occasions, the price of the house changed and not once did she seem irritated with my requests. She was very good at keeping in contact and always answered my many text messages within a timely manner. If I had questions or concerns we were able to discuss these concerns and Robin listened and then would explain where she was coming from. I would highly recommend Robin as a Realtor to anyone selling or buying a home in Tuolumne County. She was wonderful!!!

Robin Rowland was very patient and professional in dealing with the sale of our home. I had made several changes regarding the date of listing the home and also made changes to the price of the home, and Robin was a trooper and made these changes with no issues. If I had concerns or questions I would text or call Robin and if she wasnt available she would always get back to me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Robin Rowland as realtor to handle the selling or buying of any home in Tuolumne County. We loved her!

Robin has been my agent for over five years. There is nothing more important than to have a good rapport with your agent so you feel comfortable having an open, frank conversation when your buying or selling a property. We established a great rapport quickly and easily. Shes trustworthy, has integrity and is genuine, which I have to admit are rare qualities in my experiences with agents Ive encountered over the years. Shes capable and thorough in her real estate knowledge, so you can have confidence working with Robin that shell do the job right.
