Maureen was great-knowledgeable, aware of the market. It is a sellers' market, which helped, but what she did with advice about preparing the house for listing and helping us get ready for a super-smooth settlement was above and beyond. We had not sold a house in almost 40 years and she was patient with our suspicions and lack of current knowledge, he knew the market in our area and could not have done anything more.
