Maureen was absolutely wonderful! She guided us every step of the way and landed us 3 solid offers with only 1 open house. She and her team did a beautiful job staging our home both inside and out! It looked like a show house! Shes a joy to work with, readily available, very knowledgeable and extremely reliable. She made the entire process of selling our home go as smoothly as possible. We are forever grateful to her!!

Maureen demonstrated a combination of skills in crucial moments of the sale of our home that helped us make the best decisions for moving to a successful close! No one works harder than Maureen!

Maureen was great-knowledgeable, aware of the market. It is a sellers' market, which helped, but what she did with advice about preparing the house for listing and helping us get ready for a super-smooth settlement was above and beyond. We had not sold a house in almost 40 years and she was patient with our suspicions and lack of current knowledge, he knew the market in our area and could not have done anything more. Cannot speak highly enough of a complete professional in every sense!

We had an outstanding experience with our sale and purchase. Maureen was the realtor for our sale and trusted adviser for our purchase. She definitely earned her commission. Both our sale and our purchase involved challenging negotiations. Every step of the way presented unexpected obstacles, but Maureen was always proactive in finding solutions. When we had to make difficult decisions, she offered guidance and support but no pressure. When others let their ball drop, she brought the problem to a solution. She was always prompt, positive, and knowledgeable. We feel so fortunate to have selected Maureen. I can't imagine anyone else to have managed our complex issues as well as she.
