BHHS California Properties

We had a great experience with Ronnie and Cyrena. They were professional, prompt, friendly, knowledgeable about the area and the market, and very responsive all the makings of great realtors. Selling your house can be a daunting task, especially in todays market, which is so much different than before. Its very much a buyers market right now, and it was incredibly stressful watching price drops on property after property. We didnt get quite what we originally wanted, but Ronnie was able to negotiate and get us much more than what the current market conditions would typically allow. They made our home look very beautiful with excellent staging and preparation, which really helped it stand out. Their great communication with potential buyers helped us sell our home quickly. We had seen other homes sitting on the market for more than 6 months without selling, but ours went under contract in just 5 weeks and sold within 2 months. Ronnie and Cyrenas diligence and dedication made all the difference during what could have been a very difficult process. We would recommend Ronnie over any other agents for selling anytime!

Debbie did an excellent job representing us in our home search. We are a return client and will use her again when needed. Debbie is very knowledgeable, is an excellent communicator with a strong sense of urgency. This is evidenced by her work ethic. Its clear to me Debbie really loves what she does. I highly recommend her for all you housing needs.

Over the past few years Marlena has been instrumental for my familys real estate needs. Shes knowledgeable, communicative, and persistent. She takes the time to understand our needs and ensure that our time isnt wasted. Where other agents have fallen short Marlena always comes through.

Top notch! Salespeople are a dime a dozen, Debera cares beyond that. Do yourself a favor, hire her! She was a pleasure to work with. Took time out of her weekended to help us see the location we were interested in. She went out of her way, make us feel cared about!
