BHGRE PorchLight Properties

Kristen took the time to get to know us and our needs, she was patient and willing to show us many properties as we searched the area. Her local knowledge and advice were clear and indispensable. She was able to handle complex situations and personalities without passing any stress on to us. I was always impressed with how anything challenging rolled off and her positive and friendly demeanor came through every situation. She helped us through every step of the process in a way that was most favorable. We love our new house.

We would like to Thank Rachel Bucci and her team for helping us find a home in NJ. We are moving back to the area after being away for 15 years to be closer to our Children and their families. Rachel went over and above to make this happen and we are so grateful to her for making this transition flawless. #TeamBucci you cant go wrong.. absolutely The Bestest!

Rachel Bucci provided excellent service in a professional manner for the sale of my home. Her effort in providing the necessary steps from the sale to closing was outstanding.

If youre looking to buy or sell your home contact Rachel Bucci aEUR" she is the best! No, seriously, ????the???? best. Rachel recently helped us to buy our first home and made it such a positive experience from start to finish. She was incredibly patient with us and quick to figure out what we needed and what we were looking for in a home. Everyone on her team was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and the northern NJ area. Rachel also works with an entire team of professionals to facilitate the home buying process from start to finish. Molly, who is Rachels personal assistant and director of operations, is just as professional thoughtful. They both made what would have been a daunting task into something fun and enjoyable. We couldnt be more happy!

Rachel helped us find the perfect home for our family and then to sell our other home. She is super knowledgeable, gives great advice, and knows how to get things done! I would absolutely use her again and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate. She was a pleasure to work with and always kept us laughing in a market that was not fun to buy in. I can't thank her enough, we couldn't be happier!
