He was exceptionally personable, professional, transparent and knowledgeable when it came to searching for our First Home. We had to navigate a difficult situation when our first home purchase fell through after we had already gotten our inspection, and Kailer was right by our side giving us the confidence to make the hard decisions. He was always available for questions and house tours (we probably looked at 15-25 different houses) and he never once pressured us to choose a house we didn't love completely.
