I found Sara through an internet search as I was interested in short sales and she had an amazing record for numbers of sales completed. I worked with Sara as my realtor for the purchase of multiple single family residences in the short span of a few months. I was interested in purchasing short sale homes or those in foreclosure. Sara was a gem to work with. She listened closely to my specific needs and selected homes to view that might fit my needs. She also was open to viewing homes that I thought might be suitable.She was very experienced in home sales and working with both sellers and buyers. She always was prompt when meeting me for our scheduled appointments for home viewings and, efficiently, didnt waste my time on homes that she deemed unsuitable for my needs.As the real estate market was very competitive at that time, she was patient to work with in light of the multiple offers on many properties. She helped me make offers on multiple houses and I finally ended up with the homes I was looking for.Sara was not the first real realtor I have dealt with. I was also experienced in what to expect from a competent realtor and Sara did not disappoint. She was seasoned in real estate, knowledgable about home sales and making offers, and suggesting items to add to an offer; in other words, the whole purchase process.I wholeheartedly recommend Sara Mehrpouyan . She is a competent, caring, friendly and knowledgable real estate agent and I will definitely use Sara as my agent when and if I decide to purchase or sell homes in the future.

We worked with Sara when we were selling our condo and the experience was just amazing. She truly was an advocate for her clients and was able to negotiate the best deal on our behalf. Throughout the entire process she was very knowledgeable, accommodating and pretty much held our hand until the very end. Needless to say that when we were ready to purchase our home we did not think twice and contacted Sara again. And she did not disappoint. The seller had a very difficult broker representing them, but Sara was able to work with him and get us the best deal while maintaining her professional demeanor. Moreover, way after the deal was done, whenever we had any questions, whether it was about some paperwork, or zoning, or whatever else, we just texted Sara. She always responded within minutes and, either had an answer for us, or was able to direct us to the right place to get the answer. Both times we felt that Sara had not her commission, but OUR best interest in mind. We are extremely happy with Sara, and should we decide to sell or buy again, we will just text her!!!
