Beverly and Company

Rosalyne did a great job helping us find and purchase our new home. Her expertise in the market was instrumental in determining a competitive purchasing price while considering the future value in the area. Rosalyne was very involved in all aspects of the closing. She was friendly, responsive, supportive and always had good advice. She did an amazing job and we appreciate her for it. Most recommended agent!

Rosalyne represented us recently in the purchase of our forever home, and I am leaving this review to say that I highly highly recommend her and her services!!! From the first phone call, to closing, she was there for us every step of the way, she was always available, and made everything so seamless for us. We wanted her to represent us even though she was the sellers agent, and we felt that she was totally fair and on our side as well. Even after we moved in, she has continued to check in, and make sure we are well accommodated. She is a true gem, and I would recommend her services to everyone!

Rosalyne is an outstanding Realtor in Sherman Oaks, and she helped me find my dream home with total confidence and ease. From start to finish, she was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and attentive to every detail. She truly understands the Sherman Oaks real estate market and puts her clients first. When we needed a credit toward closing costs instead of a price reduction, Rosalyne negotiated seamlessly with the seller and secured the best possible outcome for us. Her negotiation skills, market expertise, and calm guidance made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If youre looking for a trusted Sherman Oaks real estate agent who is responsive, strategic, and genuinely cares about her clients, I highly recommend Rosalyne. We worked with Rosalyne and her team when selling our home in Sherman Oaks, as we were getting ready to move to Northern California. Rosalyne was extremely knowledgeable about Sherman Oaks and the greater San Fernando Valley area, where she continually pulled from both quantitative data (with the latest market projections / housing comparisons) and qualitative insights to inform what we needed to do to present our home in the best way and where we needed to be in terms of competitive pricing. We embarked on our house selling journey during a time when the market was tough for sellers, yet throughout all of the open houses, private showings, and negotiations, Rosalyne and her team showed the utmost professionalism, collaboration, flexibility and positivity throughout. Rosalyne continually kept us in the loop with negotiations, and worked tirelessly to help us find the best buyer for our home. Rosalyne's patience, resilience, optimism and kindness are among her many superpowers. She's a wonderful partner and we would highly recommend working with her.
