She helped us find an affordable small home for a relative which was both within walking distance of shopping and dining but also safe and well-kept. She helped us find appliances for the home by connecting us to someone who was renovating and had nice used ones for sale. The selling agent was kind of skeevy and inappropriate, but she handled it well.

She showed us dozens of homes and never let us get discouraged when it seemed like there was nothing available to suit our needs.
