Better Properties Lacey

My husband I were first time sellers and were needing to sell our house fast due to my husband PCSing. My sister in law did some research for me on realtors in my area and ultimately provided me with Ashleighs contact information, and I am glad she did. Ashleigh made the entire process smooth and less stressful. I had no clue what I was doing and she made sure to explain every step of the way and made sure nothing was left unanswered. I would absolutely recommend anyone to choose her as their realtor!

Ashleigh is truly amazing! She was super patient and always accommodating. Always checking in and answering any questions we had no matter what. She's super friendly and very professional. As first home buyers she helped make this process so easy and understandable. Always easing any worries and stress we had at anytime. We could not have found a better Realtor than her. We know who to call if we need another house. We would definitely recommend her to all our friends and coworkers. Going with her you will not regret it. Hands down one of the BEST! We can't thank her enough for everything.

Must hire....reliable and knowledgeable. Ashleigh did an amazing job selling our home. We are no longer live in the area and needed someone to handle selling our home and everything that goes with it. She made sure the house was "show ready". She oversaw the professional photos, minor repairs, painting, and staging of the house. Ashleigh is easy to work with, detailed, professional, and organized.

Ashleigh went way beyond our expectations! She is professional, courteous, and a great communicator. She made our move into our new home a fantastic transition.Ashleigh and James are awesome people!

We have purchased several homes over the years and my husband and I were looking for our forever home. We heard about Ashleigh through a co-worker who had amazing compliments to say about her experience with her.We met with Ashleigh to discuss our goals and timeline, she was always very responsive and knowledgeable about the market. She gave us honest and insightful recommendations while being professional and caring of our wants.I would highly recommend Ashleigh as your real estate agent.
